Why META- COACHING™?

We have 7 meta-models that form the systemic framework of Meta-Coaching™

1. Meta-Coaching™ is meta to content.

Coaching form a meta-level means that we work with people from the level of structure and process about their content. Meta-Coaching™ involves identifying the structure of an experience and facilitating a person or team to replicate that excellence. The expertise is in the process rather than the content.

2. Meta-Coaching™ works meta to resources in order to empower people.

We do not teach, train or give advice because we belief that people already own the resources to succeed. We therefore use models and processes to mobilize those internal and external resources in order achieve the necessary outcomes. By empowering people to access and develop their own resources and applying it they learn to think for themselves, solve their own problems, develop creativity to innovate new things, take responsibility for their own action, deal with problems and develop their own strengths.

3. Meta-Coaching™ takes performance to a higher level.

In Coaching we focus on performance. In Meta-Coaching™ we work to enhance performance, achievements and results. It is about becoming masterful in mind, body and spirit.

4. Meta-Coaching™ is transformational – it transcends performance.

In Coaching we facilitate people’s desire for transformation. In the same process we as coaches are also affected, influenced and changed. The coach works as a catalyst, forging productive confrontations and using meta-level questions to expand consciousness. Meta-Coaching™ involves operating from our personal genius so that we can more effectively elicit and facilitate the personal genius of people in their given areas of pursuit.

5. Meta-Coaching™ works holistically with people’s systems.

By uniting multiple intelligences (intellectual, emotional, spiritual) we coach to the entire mind-body-emotion spirit system as a whole. The Matrix model is used as a way to think and work systemically. Here cognitive psychology are united with developmental and self-actualization psychology.

6. Meta-Coaching™ focuses on primarily relationships.

Meta-Coaching™ involves an ongoing partnership that facilitates people to produce fulfilling results in their professional and personal lives. Through the process of coaching learning is deepened, performance improved, and the quality of people’s lives enhanced.

7. Meta-Coaching™ coaches to people’s meta-programs.

In Meta-Coaching™ we identify and coach to expand people’s full range of perception. Through this process a Meta-Coach™ can quickly get to the heart of things where the leverage for change occurs.
