FRANCHISE OR LICENSE COST
OPTION A: A Mampodi™ Meta-Coach™ Franchisee
• R 250,000.00 excl VAT (franchise fee)
The Franchise Fee includes; the Mampodi™ business system, computer hardware and software, financial system, promotional material, advertising material, marketing material, stationary, sign writing, franchisee operations assistance and training, full coach training to ACMC Certification – Module 1,2 & 3, training manuals, Mampodi™ franchise agreement, area exclusivity, access to various financial, legal and technical assistance. It also secures the rights to trade as a Mampodi™ franchise, using Mampodi™’s trademarks and total business system, as well as tapping into the knowledge and support offered and supplied by the Franchisor. It also includes 15 hours of personal coaching to unleash your fullest potential in your new franchise business.

OPTION B: A Mampodi™ Meta-Coach™ Licensee
(This is a person who wants to become a coach or has chosen a coaching career but does not have the money to buy a franchise nor had any Meta-Coach™ accreditation or training before.)
• R 124,000.00 excl VAT (license fee)
The investment made will be utilized to pay for all the coach training needed to become an ACMC Certified Meta-Coach™, Mampodi™ branding, marketing material, training and operations manuals, right to use the business system and trademarks of Mampodi™, access to web systems and back-office and ongoing support.
A Mampodi™ Meta-Coach™ will be positioned within a franchise for better direct support and if no franchise is present will be positioned under the head office until a franchisee is available closest to the Mampodi™ Meta-Coach™.

OPTION C: An Associated Mampodi™ Meta-Coach™ Licensee
(This is a person who is currently an ACMC Certified Meta-Coach™ but who wants to become part of Mampodi™ Coaching & Leadership as an Associated Mampodi™ Meta-Coach™.)
• R 45,000.00 excl VAT (license fee)
The investment made will be utilized to pay for all the operations training needed to become an Associated Mampodi™ Meta-Coach™, Mampodi™ branding, marketing material, training and operations manuals, right to use the business system and trademarks of Mampodi™, access to web systems and back-office and ongoing support.
An Associated Mampodi™ Meta-Coach™ will be positioned directly under the Mampodi™ Coaching & leadership head office.

Travelling & Accommodation (optional)
• R 50,000.00 Excl VAT
Should the Franchisee be sent overseas to complete the Model 3 Training (8 Days) this amount will be used to cover the costs for flights and accommodation which will be discussed and finalised on the first meeting after the prospect has been accepted as a potential franchisee before the final signing of the franchise agreement.

Cash-flow Requirements
• R 50,000.00
This amount will be necessary to cover initial cash-flow needs when starting up the business and may be used for expenses needed in the running of the Franchisees business in the first 3 months of operation.

Promotion / Advertising Fee
• 2% of turnover with a minimum of R 2,000.00 excl VAT per month
This amount is paid separately to the Mampodi™ Franchise Fee. This advertising levy forms part of the Organisation’s National Marketing Campaign and is used to promote the Mampodi™’s brand benefits.
The Advertising Fund is administered by the Marketing Council comprising elected representatives of the Franchise network and the Franchisor’s holding company.
Option B & C will be 50% of the Advertising Fee.

Royalty Fee
• 5% of turnover with a minimum of R 5,000.00 excl VAT per month
This amount is paid to Mampodi™’s Franchise Network Administration Office. This administration levy (royalty fee) is used to finance part of the Franchisor’s administration and online infrastructure, responsible for the day-to-day contact and management of all the Franchises.
This will ensure that all the Franchises receive the BEST possible service and training it can offer and assure the Franchisees of Mampodi™ commitment to excellent service.
Option B & C will be 50% of the Royalty Fee.

We follow a strict process when securing a franchisee:

After we receive your form we will send you the following:
- An Application form,
- An Approval Questionnaire,
- An Executive Summary and
- A Confidentiality Agreement.
These documents will have to be completed, signed and sent back to our offices. On receipt of the abovementioned and completed documents we will also send you:
- The Business Prospectus,
- The Cash-flow forecasts and
- The Initial Franchise Agreement
The next step will be to meet where the following two documents will be handed over for final review:
- The Franchise Agreement and
- The Disclosure Document
The moment everybody is happy and all the checks has been dealt with and the investment secured, the franchisee gets approved and a franchise license awarded.
