Jennifer Des-Fountain is an Associate, good friend and trainer for Mampodi™ Coaching & Leadership and is a leader in the world in the field of developmental and performance coaching and is a highly recognized international coach and trainer. She was one of the pioneers in South Africa in the field of coaching and a first graduate of Meta-Coaching™ in South Africa.
She is the chairperson of CTASA (Coach Trainers Association S.A.) and a founding member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors S.A.). CTASA and COMENSA are committed to aligning S.A. coaching towards the cultural, diversity and gender equality needs of South Africa. As chairperson she is committed to the benchmark of excellence in coaches and coach training companies.
She is also the CEO of Quantum Leap Coaching and Training Institute. The company focuses on creating excellence in the coaching field and expanding the coaching community in South Africa. Jenny personally focuses on executives and upcoming leaders and their unique sustainability as leaders in their personal and business environment.
